...that Missing Sync is fine for the BB Bold.  Well, kind of.  What I have found is that if you input the contact and calendar information on the Mac, it will download to the Bold...BUT NOT VICE VERSA. So any information put on the Bold is NOT uploaded to the Mac.  You should be aware of this for your clients.
